Dans la vie quotidienne, les niveaux de glyc\u00e9mie sont la manifestation de la navigation continuelle des diab\u00e9tiques entre les chiffres (mesures de la glyc\u00e9mie, grammes de glucides ing\u00e9r\u00e9s, unit\u00e9s d&rsquo;insuline inject\u00e9es, minutes d&rsquo;exercice physique, etc.) et les sensations (nervosit\u00e9, irritabilit\u00e9 et faiblesse dues \u00e0 l&rsquo;hypoglyc\u00e9mie, l\u00e9thargie, brouillard c\u00e9r\u00e9bral et fatigue dues \u00e0 l&rsquo;hyperglyc\u00e9mie, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les donn\u00e9es de glyc\u00e9mie sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme les arbitres de la qualit\u00e9 de la gestion pass\u00e9e de la maladie et des r\u00e9sultats futurs escompt\u00e9s.
